Awaken your mind and body while getting stronger by joining me for Kait Fonger Fitness's WAKE & WORKOUT! Classes are Monday and Thursday mornings 6am-7am. And Wednesday's 6:05am-6:40am! **THIS SIGN UP IS ONLY FOR MONDAY (single session) Monday: Lower body & core Thursday: Upper body & core Wednesday's: Cardio & Core The only equipment needed are a pair of medium dumbbells and booty bands (which are optional but highly encouraged!) I offer ways to advance movements or modify if need be! No matter your level, this workout will WORK FOR YOU! . . There are 2 options for sign up: 1. Sign up early get discount rate (before series starts, new series each month): $8/class 2. Drop in anytime! $10/class (this is the drop in sign up!)
