Wednesday's: Cardio & Core 5:45 A.M. Thursday: Upper body 5:45 A.M. Friday: Glutes 5:30 A.M. . . ON WEDNESDAY: No equipment necessary. There may be times we use light weight for core. I offer ways to advance movements or modify if need be! No matter your level, this workout will WORK FOR YOU! . . There are 2 options for sign up: 1. Sign up early get discount rate (before series starts, new series each month): $6/class 2. Drop in anytime! $8/class (this is the drop in sign up!)
