Now offering Wednesday cardio & core 6:05am - 6:40am! See schedule for separate sign-up! **THIS SIGN UP IS ONLY FOR MONDAY Monday classes will focus on lower body ( Legs and glutes aka booty) and core! Thursday will focus on upper body and core! The only equipment needed are a pair of medium dumbbells and booty bands (which are optional but highly encouraged!) I offer ways to advance movements or modify if need be! No matter your level, this workout will WORK FOR YOU! . . There are 2 options for sign up: 1.
