Awaken your mind and body while getting stronger by joining me for Kait Fonger Fitness's WAKE & WORKOUT! Classes are Monday and Thursday mornings 6am-7am. And Wednesday's 6:05am-6:40am! **THIS SIGN UP IS ONLY FOR Wednesday (single session) Monday: Lower body & core Thursday: Upper body & core Wednesday's: Cardio & Core No equipment needed for this class. There may be times we use light weight for core, but there are necessary if you don't have them. I offer ways to advance movements or modify if need be! No matter your level, this workout will WORK FOR YOU! . . There are 2 options for sign up: 1. Sign up early get discount rate (before series starts, new series each month): $4/class 2.
